Letgo..Yes, we should wait on the statutory issue and the the approval of an IPR docket first.

However, being prepared is what it's all about as an investor.

The following list are prior art citations by examiner during the 445 prosecution... If you click on the links to patents and search the following words....Pointers or links for each patent you can determine that pointers and links are present and utilized under various considerations. I have comments at the end if one wishes to skip the process.

This is a conclusion that Micron wishes the PTAB to recognize:

""To the extent the Board concludes that “a logical link between the previous logical data segment and the new data segment” should be construed broader than “a pointer written to the previous logical data segment that points to the physical location of the new data segment,” such as with the district court’s claim construction, Krueger renders Claim 1 obvious. For example, should the term be construed to include any linkage of data segments, Krueger discloses that term.""

Kruger discloses pointers...

e.Digitals prosecution was prosecuted againt prior art issues that contain pointer (linkage) considerations. The examiners that prosecuted 445/108 issues were fimilar with pointers and linkage. They approved the "Logical" language utilized in claims to be indifferent to the prior art.
