Joe, I agree. Just not quite sure why we also agreed to the stay after the court had already denied it--why not keep the foot on the gas? I liked the part where Micron wants to change their pleadings and Judge Huff(my new favorite judge) pointed out that the time period in which to change pleadings expired in Oct.
