Message: Pacer: e.Digital Corporation v. Micron

Okay...I'm confused(a common condition in recent times). Why did EDIG join Micron in the motion to stay the case? Was it because EDIG would become an unwilling party to the delaying tactics if they opposed it? Did Handal correctly conclude that Judge Huff would deny the motion, anyway? If so, that was a great call. Was there another reason... not so obvious to a legal hack like me? :>)

Theories?

Like we discussed before. It's more than just fact and truth. For those with deep pockets, it's a siege consisting of delay and obfuscation.

Boy, would I love to be that fly on the wall attending Handal's strategy conferences. To this point, they seem to have done a fine job. I'm surprised that such a relatively small firm can keep so many balls in the air. They're fighting on many fronts and, so far, I see no sign of weakening.
