emmc was the only thing in the entire hearing that was ruled in Micron's favor. It seems EDig DID NOT "SPECIFICALLY" list emmc as one of the areas EDig listed in it's complaint against Micron for infringement. Micron made a big deal of it not being listed in the initial complaint and Mr. Handal agrued that this product was known and should have been known by Micron as an infringement...

Turns out the Judge agreed with EDig that this was an area of possible infringement but since EDig DID NOT SPECIFICALLY LIST IT she was not going to allow it in as part of the complaint.

This made Micron very happy, they actually won something.

I asked Mr. Handal, in the hallway, if losing on emmc was a "big deal"....

This shows the game Mr. Handal is playing, he is a devious little bugger,

He told me "It was NO BIG DEAL he just argued to make them think it was a big deal. He was laughing when he said it.....I think he was playing them....
