Not positive but I believe we can re file it with the information that it is lacking and have it reviewed again with all the necessary information--I hope. Once again I think, this was our request to deny Micron the ability to apply for an IPR because they were late and did not serve the proper enity--they served Handal and Edig has a specific person designated to receive the service who was not served in the time allowed. If we are not allowed to re file, then a panel of three has 90 days to decide if the IPR can go forward or not. This does not mean that it definitely will go forward.
