It's been on my mind as well, you are not alone with your thoughts...
With that, the court has backed e.Digitals claims construction issues....that are the rout issues of the IPRs
With that, the ongoing motion by Micron to amend its answer, as to FlashBack considered as prior art in front of 108....lol
They are throwing whatever they might consider reasonable to the court, where the court proceedings are, in effect, slowed down... The court has no choice but to listen to the hogwash.
