So which is it? Are we getting larger settlements now that Handal won on CE and Markman or are we still supposed to be satisfied with any amount we can get from Flash-R since it keeps hope alive for some future payday?

One more time:

1. Handal has proven they can make money using our patents.

2. EDIG can stay in business and continue to pay salaries so long as Handal can make money.

3. I've yet to see any indication for how shareholders will make money from this arrangement.
