As Mr. Trump said,

" There are closers and non closers, peolple get to the table, but in the end, that just can't close the deal "

I'm sure Fred is a nice guy, and has a gift to gab to get to the table, but in the end, he's not a deal closer. That is my opinion from being a share holder since 1999, and hold over seven figures worth of shares.
