I have long considered the San Disk suit a big deal. The gorilla in the room of flash drives stealing(which I am sure they will not admit to) the ingredients of flash patents from little old Edig and making boat loads of cash over the years with it. Can anyone venture to say what they think this settlement could look like? It would seem that this one would have to be for more than chump change.
