BLR , Again i agree with you . This is the first time i see such a strong language in this pacer re requirement for somebody to with unlimited authority for settlement and also decide re amount of possible Plaintiff prayer.Thats is the reason i bolded out those paragraphs . If you read the whole pacer you will find too much emphasis on settlement agreement in this regard .JMHO
