TO THE CLERK OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA:

WHEREAS, the only remaining, named Defendants in this matter, Apacer Technology Inc.; Apacer Memory America, Inc.; and, Norcomp, Incorporated, (collectively referred to hereafter as “Defendants”) have not filed an answer or otherwise responded to the Complaint (Docket #1) filed in this action;

WHEREAS, these Defendants have not filed any counterclaims in this action against Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation;

WHEREAS, Defendant Mouser Electronics Inc. was previously dismissed from this case on or about May 12, 2015. (Dkt #21); and,

WHEREAS, there are no other named Defendants in this case. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE FOLLOWING: Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) hereby voluntarily dismisses this entire action WITH PREJUDICE as to the only remaining, named Defendants in this case:

1. Apacer Technology Inc.;

2. Apacer Memory America, Inc.; and,

3. Norcomp, Incorporated.
