Joe, I respectfully disagree. Notification and knowledgable of existance does not cut it. They need to have their hands held and need to be looked in the eye and there needs to be a relationship developed on a personal level. They need to have everything explained to them so they feel confident enough to send it up to their boss who will hopefully send it to his/her boss so it can ultimately get to the decision makers (presuming, of course, that our first meeting is not with the CEO). I just do not think that knowing that Edig has other patents that are available for licensing while a company is ligitating the flash portfolio patents could be remotely be considered a marketing plan. Now, if Handal and Patrick Nunnaly together had numerous face to face meetings with numerous companies, that starts to sound like some sort of marketing plan. I try to be pragmatic--not overly optomistic and not too pessimistic.
