Would signing a Nunchi license constitue a material event? Wouldn't that have a specific time frame for reporting it?

I believe that a Nunchi ( or Micro signet ) license signing would be a material event and need to be reported in a time frame way before a SHM.

Of course they could coordinate to actually sign the agreement (s) just before the meeting. But I would hope they would take the bird in the hand imediately and not wait to sign up someone.
