Dis, Like I said, my kids have wi-fi based devices and not cellular devices - they don't even have their electronics when riding their bikes. Don't any of those guys have kids? There is no pattern to disrupt with kids riding bikes.

I guess in the broader IOT everything will have a communicating sensor - your bike, your shoes/clothes, so then there will be enough data to consider in arriving at some conclusion.
