" I'm crushed from the numbers I read as I'm sure many of you are also."
As I ..
I thought sure there would be some proceeds in there form the Nov, Dec, Jan settlements.
They settled 108 under legal optimum conditions during that time frame.
Perhaps the 1st QT 2016 will contain those results as some what alluded to..
They seem to have made comments to the effect that they are leaving the FlashR effort and transitioning to NUNCHI starting 2016.
Myself, I'm disappointed in Congress managing IP matters politically.
I'm disappointed in the patent system, as details are not hardened as one would expect.
I'm disappointed in the judicial system as it can lean one way or the other depending on personal preference. IP matters of e.Digital's type need an in-depth study prior to becoming aware of the facts of the IP. Some judges will do it ...others will not. Or yet, judges will rely on others to do their job and make decisions on the details in that manner, right or wrong..
There are just too many loop holes, or chance... to nullify anything that needs nullifying. The combined considerations of all three ....can kill the life of perceived IP rights....one way or the other... right or wrong.
The powers that be control all.....and IP rights mean nothing.
e.Digital has close to 6 years of wasted time....while waiting on the system.
In the end, the sum of it all is a matter of chance and nothing more. Where all the combined efforts of the system amount to a hill of beans and nothing more.
I was just looking forward to perhaps a little glimmer of something extra in the qt pot, not much, but something.
With that, I'm hesitant to take on NUNCHI or Signet....knowing that they to fall under a matter of chance with a spin of the wheel.
