IP matters of e.Digital's type need an in-depth study prior to becoming aware of the facts of the IP. Some judges will do it ...others will not. Or yet, judges will rely on others to do their job and make decisions on the details in that manner, right or wrong..

There are just too many loop holes, or chance... to nullify anything that needs nullifying. The combined considerations of all three ....can kill the life of perceived IP rights....one way or the other... right or wrong.

The powers that be control all.....and IP rights mean nothing.

e.Digital has close to 6 years of wasted time....while waiting on the system.
