We are prioritizing royalty based licensing arrangements, versus one-time settlements. We believe this model will provide a more consistent revenue stream than we experienced with Flash-R monetization. We are approaching potential licensees through our law firm, Handal & Associates. We expect additional Flash-R licensing revenue in early fiscal 2016, with a transition to Nunchi licensing revenue thereafter.
I find the above highlighted statement interesting, a very unique selling environment and honestly, I don't understand the strategy.

I've been around the block a few times and never have I encountered a business situation where your law firm also served as your marketing and sales department.
I'm the first one to acknowledge that it is so very easy to make all the calls from the cheap seats, however, in this case, I don't get it.
