If management felt the IP was of non significance they would have never pursued it.

I moved from my considerations of the IP, to the company taking action regarding it's IP a long time back.

I've been following the company actions resolutely and have been since the first case was announced.

There doesn't have to be any more to it than that for me.

It's the system that is making me waver, not e.Digital.

If results materialize .GREAT, if not, I was here in the event it happened.

My simple thought is, if you do not venture you do not gain.

Where it still can happen....no matter what my thoughts are of the system...where it's brutal for sure.

I'm not tucking my tail and never have for anything in my life.
