I do not think it is mumbo jumbo, however it is very new complex thinking and is open to numerous interpretations by multiple people. As in your example, a toaster is pretty straight forward to just about anyone on the planet. IMO, this is not all about good or bad or right or wrong--this involves some luck, timing and most importantly finding the right judge and, if necessary jury, to get the outcome that we all desire. Exactly for this reason, it is critical for Edig to sell the product(Nunchi and Micro Signet) and sign a/some licenses without the need of the judicial system. Once you are mired in that it becomes much more difficult to know what the outcome will be. Having valid concepts protected by patents is one thing, selling, enforcing, and collecting on them is something else. All this said I do not want to think about where we would be without Handal and Assoc.
