My first reaction was that I wanted Fred to have to answer some tough questions face to face. Upon further reflection and especially because this is what we have(LOL) I feel a bit different. By doing it this way, they have something that can be viewed live but also can be used after the meeting to maybe get the word out. This may end up being a way to educate more people.
