I'd say chances are pretty good.

BTW, I don't believe it has been recognized that, per the PACERs you so kindly posted on 7/1/15, MemoRight, Spansion and Greenliant were dismissed - presumeably due to settlements with those entities. I surmise that since the PACERs hit on 7/1/15, the settlements probably occurred the previous day, placing them - in addition to all the others - in the first qtr.
