Unfortunately, the legal posturing to come to a settlement, has ended up with NDA's attached.

It was not meant to "lecture" you, but to convey that NDA's are part of the end result of the negotiation process to settle.

Fred, as do the defentdats, hire legal counsel to meet on the merits of both sides, they are the "experts" and a conduit from the companies to the court. At that point it is pretty much out of their hands, as they have turned over the authority so to speak.

The settlement values have been small, yet gave them the cash to fight the fight, not print shares, not borrow money, and the funds allowed them to pay Nunally for creating patents, that hopefully add value and create a revenue base.
