Thing is, though the defendant has not asked for a stay pending IPR outcome's, it seems questionable why they were petitioned.

The system for patent IP, as a whole, is a mixed bag...Compliance of IP is tested between two different authorities at the same time. Where one recently gave its authority in granting the patents. There is no such thing as equal in that...it's a way for harassment.
