1. The 108 and 774 patents where doomed before Handal ever knew they existed. Duane Morris screwed up the litigation royal by assigning what turned out to be their D team to represent us in Colorado. Thats where the disaster began.

2. Handal was handed a patent with stage 4 cancer with 3 years left on it and told to cure it and turn it into Gold. Completely unrealistic by management as well as the shareholders

3. Our future is in the latest 3 technologies Nunchi, MicroSignet and now Pluto. All of these appear to be amazing technologies with a market that exist right now with a full patent life on each one of them 14 plus years. Handal has more then proven competant to take on the biggest companies out their as well as appeals all the way to Washington.

4. We need to be thankful Handal was able to fill up the checkbook as much as he did with the ailing 108 so we don't have to fear anyone waiting us out in litigation and go out of business.

5. IMO there is a huge future here and we need to stop living in the past. JMO
