Whether you like the someones answer to a question or not does not make it ok (or productive) to make things personal.

"If" you're really interested in trying to get a more satisfactory answer for yourself why don't you try PM'ing? That may be a more friendly atmosphere for response than jumping on the band wagon of back handed and direct insults.

I'll reiterate, it seems that there is enough knowlege on this board that an honest conversation regarding legitmate action would be more productive and unifying than the complaining, bickering and personal attacks that are taking place currently.
