I think that at this time of ( crossroads ) that I need to ask myself ( why I have bought so heavily into Edig?)

I , like so many others ( i believe ) listened to the old guard in Edigital managment when off the cuff remarks were taken seriously ( and ) positively! 1999 / 2000 is long gone and we are still here...

Many company comments were positive in nature leading many investors ( including me ) to believe that the future was just around the corner?... And believing that my & others dd was good bought into this .

This was way before Fred retook control and no further fact or other based PR's were sernt out. ( Many investors , by this time had already invested & believed in this company.

THAT IS WHY many ARE here now!

The argument that we , as stockholders have earned the right to know more about the workings of this company are very correct.

The basic question of ( How do we contact & sell a IP license ) to other companies / enities is so basic ( And should be public knowledge ) But we collectively are in the darkest dark about this simple question.?

This board knows next to nothing when it comes to E.digtitals next generation IP, though many have earned several stripes delving into the tech aspects ( Doni, Emit and others ) are my Agoracom hero's!

Expecting anyone ( including me ) to follow nearly blind for over 15 years is hard to imagine / yet here I am!

NDA's / and hiding settlement $ in a broad report ... I have looked the other way thinking that the company was / is protecting the value of the company the best way that it could.?

Mentioning Bluesands, IP Metrics,DM and all the others / what really is the general story on these cozy arrangements ? E.digital throws out these names for us to grab on with the promise of future association with them & poof nothing.

( I understand that companies don't need to comment on regular day to day business! )

BUT, the company ( EDIG ) made the point of making sure that we knew that something was going to go on!...

My bottom line ( for me ) is quite simple.

1) I believe that the vast mAjority of investors here on agoracom are truly top notch ( THANKYOU! )

2) The ultimate frustration isn't with individual comments hinting at certain things ( though I wish that everyone here wold JUST SAY WHAT THEY KNOW! that would really help with the frustration that the Edig management has brought on to its investors

3)I mentioned 3-4 months ago about the next 2 qtry. reports being very eye opening & they have been in a very bad way. mimimum expectations after the 2 108 mh ,s are 180 degrees off of what has transpired... depressing

4) I really am wondering about the ASM & the meaning behind the timing and way of doing it? Before the last 2 qtry. reports I would have thought nothing about the change , but now?

5) The company could change everthing in a second by educationing the investors that have stood by it for the last 15 + years!

What do you say EDIG?
