No joke Ricardo. I agree - what is the current status with respect to the goals, what are our milestones, what is our marketing plan, what are our current goals and what is the schedule to achieve the goals?

We were building an office building and our construction manager, when asked to provide an update on the schedule, said The schedule doesn't matter, it just changes anyway. He was fired the next day. If there is no schedule how do you measure progress? with the office building, how do you determine when to transition from construction to permenent financing, what move-in date are you giving your tenants. It goes on and on.
