I don't know what kind of poison pill they had in mind. It didn't have anything to do with the number of shares, they never asked for an increase in the authorized shares and they in total own a small percent of the total shares outstanding.

Give me a hint as to another poison pill solution. .I haven't discussed that subject in more than 40 years.
