It does matter how much the settlements produce. I do agree that it matters as to what you do with the money, but we have had no extra to do anything but keep the doors open and the lights on.

Over the last six years our accumulated deficit has increased from a low of 79.1 million to the current amount of 81.6 million, with only minor changes during each of the years. The net increase is approximately 2.5 million, and as a result ther total income stream from the settlements have simply enabled edig to meet its financial obligations.

As to an event which would require additional authorized shares, I suggest it would be difficult to achieve any success. At the recent share price levels and making an attempt to find enough investors to purchase 100 million shares, we would generate maybe 5 million dollars which is not enough to do anything meaningful except keep the lights on.

Right now all of us shareholders are hoping we may someday generate a source of income from the Nunchi or MS platforms, but because of the time that has passed, it's somewhat doubtful that will ever materialize, and even it it does we don't know enough about how much income they may generate and if sufficient to result in any profits.

The acid test is not developing new patents and filing new lawsuits to provide an income stream, but are the patents valid and will the industry buy our services or develop alternatives and or continue to violate the patents resulting in a standoff that we have experienced over the last several years.

The two main points above is that the settlements have only kept the doors open and trying to sell an additional 100 million shares is a highly doubtful occurrence.
