Its is certainly clear that without what ever settlements were made our poors coulf have been closed. I'm glad that Fred in the mean time was able to continue but as stated by me many times its not about Fred. Its about whether we are cabable of making a success in our investment. Have things that were done perfect? No. many here including me have many issues and to just repwaet them adds nothing to what has been said. Where do we go from here is what most of us would like to know. A REPEAT of the past should not be on the agenda. We need to do things differently. We have new direction with new patent lets not make the same mistakes that got the investor nothing. Its no longer keeping the doors open with setllements that are from hunger. If they infringe we need to have a killer instinct and go for the throut. If not than all we will get is what we go in the past. And that is not good enough
