I agree with your opinion but with one major concern. The company didn't have the resources through revenue source to do so. They have through litigation as reported in quarterly reports minimal operating monies. Development of technology is expensive, defense of it against infringement is expensive when stolen. I believe had Flash been licensed by those companies caught infringing Flash Patents oposed too having to go through litigation where might eDigital be today? If through litigation eDigital's Flash Patents iduring early Marksman hearings regarding flash received favorable outcomes where might the company be financially? Lessons the company has learned from the past years have been painful but are being demonstrated right now through litigation early in the process with Nunchi Patents. In my remembrance early settlement rewards brought the Flash portfolio post Marksman substantially better results. Thus, the need to get the Patent wording in correct from inception. At Marksman before the explosion of the Technology hopefully the opinions received are favorable. This is what I believe is occurring with the company. The time to meet those miles stones has not been pleasurable by no means as we wait. If the pending Marksman opinions are successful with Nunchi Patents I believe licensing of those patients will occur at a brisk pace. Furthermore, those partnerships being sought with various companies should occur. Those companies IMHO will manufacturer product device's. The devices will IMHO be marketed within the IOT
