Expected ..... Now for e.Digital to stick it up Fish & Richardsons proverbial ***

I'm sick of the legal wrangling...especially a new wrangling devised by Congress. e.Digital needs to stick it up theirs as well.

We either have patents that are bomb proof, or we do not.

The game seems change on an as needed basis, why was the NUNCHI patent base even granted?

What road block could possibly be beyond IPR?
