Did IRPs get in the way of recent settlements? IMO, they hurt us bad...

It went unanswered...explaining to us, that IRP's are an important issue to the system. I take that to mean for the future patents.

It hurt us for past considerations, however, for future IP it should rally help us if the new patents prove seaworthy under IPR test.
