Looks like we voted for a group, I don't rtecall ever vorting that way in the few dozen companies I have held stock in.

As stated in the proxy, “The four candidates receiving the highest number of affirmative votes cast at the meeting will be elected directors.”

Had there been five or more candidates to choose from, the four with the highest number of “For" votes would have been elected.
