What good is a claims construction hearing now?

DropCam case initially Filed: July 1, 2014 as3:2014cv01579 Southern District.

DropCam reassigned Filed: November 5, 2014 as3:2014cv04922 to the Northern district

IMO, Google will file for an IPR prior to November 5, 2015 as they have up to 1 year to file.

Filing the IPR kills the settlement.... a half baked settlement.
