During the August 3,2015 Markman hearing the Judge was provided "Tutorial " to assist him in understanding the "Nunchi" Patents. IMHO he the "Judge" has gotten it right. Next venue Inter Parties Review, IPR. It has been said at the September 3, 2015 Virtual Meeting of Shareholders that Partners will be announced when appropriate and perhaps it is getting close.
