You all need to think about what the IPR has done , not just to e.Digital, but to any IP company, in the realm of patents.

All patents are subsequently weak in the wake of AIA...

You can't promote until you prove your patents beyond the grip of IPR....and this has nothing to do with litigants.....though, they are the only ones that can petition for an IPR.

IMVHO, the system is being held hostage.
