Would you partner, or collaborate with an entity that may, or may not have Intellectual Property?

The IPR's have killed this company until further discovery proves otherwise. INTEL was one company that started it.

FlashR was destroyed by the IPR.

It remains to be determined what happens to ALL the new IP as related to IPR's.

Short of begging, how does one promote that to...e.g INTEL?
