doni, your post had 3 questions. Is that what you are referring to when you say the question asked was not answered? Or are you talking about the legal question about the validity of the patents?

3)Short of begging, how does one promote that to...e.g INTEL?

As to number 3 how about a partnership and some legal help from the partner? I mean if the tech is good enough why not? Give them controling interest in the tech and let them devolope it and defend it. Half a loaf of bread is better than no loaf at all... Even a quarter of a loaf would be more than nothing.
