Plank, looking at the dates and time stamp of your post, I'd say you did not have enough time to have received a hard copy.

Also, there would not be anything of any real value in the transcript, as it would not reflect a ruling on the details of the hearing.

ArcSofts motion for stay is still in play...no ruling yet.

With that, USPTO appeal board IPR review currently under maintenance. Anything that might have added would not be definitive yet...unless the PTAB denied the petitions...
