Is there a logical reason that they let the website, a key way of connecting with the world, look like this? Would it not have been better if they put up something to the effect of--"we are undergoing some major changes to our web site. We are working to get it finished as soon as possible. Please bear with us. We think you will be pleased with the updated version? Instead, us "insiders" are wondering what happened and assuming only because we were told that a refresh was coming--what would a first timer think?
