It's not too late Emit! The US have "Billionaires" on "Shark Tank" backing small Companies every Week. I don't have the answers to why eDigital didn't do this or that my comment is merely pointed twards a Foreign Country's Company making money from alleged infringement of the Nunchi Patents. That Foreign Company refusing to negotiate an agreement to compensate and lawfully utilize issued patents. There should be an injunction placed on the import and/or sale of their products in the US. Furthermore, in the US Arcsolft in its litigation with eDigital attempting to stay it's litigation pending the outcome of an Inter Parties Review in related litigation with Dropcam is reaching at air IMHO. Needless to say being prompted by the deep pockets of Goole and Nest Labs IMHO. EDigital in its last Quarter reported financial results and I am sure you read those revenue numbers. A lot of what you want to occur cannot occur with reported finances wouldn't you aggree? With that being taken into perspective priorities being defense of Patents and development of Child Patents with potential in bringing in future revenue is of the utmost importance wouldn't you aggree? The current Battle that is ongoing with a Goliath in eDigital 's sought Markets if successful IMHO will bring the rewards that you I and all other investors seek to occur.
