based on sh information, Plank does not believe that Edig would put out demos of Pluto without having a patent or patents issued. Don't think co would do that based on history or how they have proceeded w nunchi.

therefore, it is Plank's opinion that a Pluto patent may be granted any day, they stated weeks, not quite months before out with demo....since pluto patent app is hidden, cannot determine timeline, except hypothesis above, however, Plank will say Plank went to good schools.
