Three are some difference between FLASH-R and NUNCHI infringement lawsuits. Flash R was being defending toward the end of life of the patents whereas NUNCHI patents are just in the early stages. I always wondered if the FLASH-R patents were defended in the late 90's would things have been different??? I guess we will never know.

Hopefully, we learned a GREAT DEAL from the FLASH R patents and can apply that knowledge to the NUNCHI & up and coming PLUTO Patents.
