Simple court proceedings against a behemoth with a side track of important IPR's.

Re- listen to Handals explanation of IPR during the SHM....and pay special attention to his comments regarding the importance of IPR. If the patents clear IPR ....what does that suggest for civil proceedings for the future in protecting IP rights?

Handal is expecting positive results of the IPR's.

After that, it's just a matter of who in the industry respects patents and appreciate the value @ an early stage of life.
