IMVHO, the tech that drives NUNCHI does not have to be specific....be it e.Digitals prior tech or status quo.

E.Digitals would be much easer to implement....with way less overhead.

As it looked to me early on in reading through some of NUNCHI specs.....it wouldn't make much difference what tech was driving infringement of the NUNCHI platform.

Whatever it is that is docketed for 108, e.Digital would be covering its bases, perhaps for recovering two types of infringement.
