I'd say any company interested....and there are many very intimate with e.Digital now....that have purchased.

As I noted prior, those interested know exactly where e.Digital is going.

One of the NUNCHI cases, if I remember, tried to introduce prior IP. It was shot down as not having any involvement of the NUNCHI issues. sman might remember that detail better.

There is a separation of prior and new IP, where the prior can be used to drive the issues of the new, however, they are separate issues.
