change my mind and I always think out loud.

Interesting read, to me it looks favorable to e.Digital. It looks like one term was construed during the hearing....that is agreeable to Handal.

Basically, what Nest was trying to achieve is to pin the word "social" to mean people(personal) issues only.

I feel Handal made his points clear to the court and the judge seems to understand it. Output from devices do not have to be of social event considerations only.
