MS. SHANBERG: Okay. Thank you, Tony. Yeah. So as far as we're concerned, your Honor, map data, as e.Digital is referring to it here, so that's essentially something that's generated by the mapping processor, is just process sensor data. So you've got the location that comes from the sensors and then you've got a map that's within the device and then when it's compared, it's processed data. And that would be within our construction in our view. THE COURT: Tough argument. MS. SHANBERG: I'm sorry. What? THE COURT: That's a tough argument.
