While waiting to see if the latest (Nunchi) lawsuits will gain traction maybe the company can get on board with a disappearing Text message/photo service (you know, the ones with multi-billion dollar valuations) and send, only actual shareholders, stealth photos of the gadgets they are building using all the latest and greatest e.Dig patents. NDA's for all of us. :-)

We still have until about 2017 for the current court battles to filter down, from what I remember. SMAN, I think, had posted the full breakdown of all the parts issued by the court or judge or both.
