"Micro OSCF is the only operating system for flash memory that has a data transfer rate limited only by the flash memory write speed."
The methods that wrap data then.... are still in play today.....
Its all about the speed. It's the wrapping of data in a particular way that lends to the data transmission rate and the durability of the data to stay intact for recall as well as management placement of the data without any significant overhead. It's also about the way this data can be edited between the data segments.
I accuse NEST of infringing e.Digitals data management with its EDITED time line references...but then, there's nothing that can be done about that ...as it seems that portfolio of patents has reached a pinnacle.
I blame no one of an issue, that the industry would not adopt with open arms...as it was detrimental to their root technology. They have no problem cheating off the methods, they just do not want to give this issue to any one company. It's... take us to court and through various channels we will beat you.
My hope is the channels they have created and used against e.Digital become our most valuable throw back in their face. I'm hoping for the court to render claims construction as outlined by e.Digital and THEN a clean pass on IPR's.
We get that and the industry , as a whole , will not have a leg to stand on.
"that has a data transfer rate limited only by the flash memory write speed."
The new use:
that has a data transfer rate limited only by the network and periphery transmission speeds
And may NUNCHI outline in the best fashion possible the use.
I do not care about anything, other than positive results in the legal system.
Now is not the time to complain about management, it's what they do after possible positive results that matters....or how they may have captured the problems encountered going forward.
